S.E.L.F. is a learning guide and process to help people connect with body, mind and spirit and feel their resonance in all aspects of their life.
It is a mind-body system drawing on psychosynthesis and other branches of positive psychology, mindfulness (taught by the Vietnames monk and sage, Thich Nhat Hanh) and somatic techniques from yoga and EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) to help us release life-sapping effects of stress and feelings of dissonance, discover inner peace, and explore and embody life purpose.
The S.E.L.F approach and path empowers people to take charge of their lives, go for their desires, and live a life of fulfillment and freedom. To do so, they learn to step out of the inner prison of mind, reconnect with authentic/true Self, and let go of small, fear-based responses from past conditioning and family programming.
There are three phases or parts to this exploration that are not particularly linear, but experienced as interlapping and often circular. In other words we revisit them again and again in our experience of new challenges and developments as life moves us along.
